Gaia’s Essence Women’s Wellness Conference is an annual event held on Long Island New York. The conference originated out of the passion of the founder of Gaia’s Essence to empower and motivate women in reaching and maintaining their optimum health. For quite a few years she had encountered many women who were seeking information on starting and maintaining a healthier lifestyle. In today’s society the battle for being healthy is a very powerful one. This gave her the vision to create the conference as an avenue where women of all ages could come together to share, empower and inspire each other to live happier healthier lives.

Q&A With Farrah
“Being an Environmental Scientist and knowing the effects of environmental toxins on our health is the main reasons I started the conference. I came across many different products, which were under the “wellness” umbrella but contained known toxins that affect the health of people, especially women and children.”
“GEWWC takes a different approach to wellness. We understand that being well is not an achievement of a to do list but instead is a state of mind. The fact that everyone is unique means that there are infinite paths to achieving personal wellness. The GEWWC vision is to provide simple and exciting ways for everyone to find their own path to wellness.”
“There is a lack of opportunities available to women who wanted to take time out for themselves where they can feel rejuvenated while learning from industry professionals on fun and achievable methods on being healthy. A healthier woman creates a healthy family, which make up healthier communities and ultimately a healthier world at large. The conference is geared towards finding efficient and effective methods to produce lifelong practices that work in every woman’s way of life.”
